PRP Concepts™ today announced the consummation of an asset purchase and consulting agreement with Cascade Medical Enterprises (CME) and Nicholas Grippi. The company purchased all of CME’s equipment necessary to set up a vial filling and capping facility in Cary, North Carolina, and negotiated a one-year consulting agreement with Grippi, who will set up and validate the equipment to produce vials pre-filled with calcium chloride, a key component of the company’s CASCADE® Autologous Platelet System membrane kits.
